This position is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of SEO campaigns, and driving growth in client portfolios.</p><p>They are able to service our largest, most complex accounts as part of a team, or solo, executing all requirements in both the Account Management and SEO/GEO capacities. They are able to provide guidance to all members of the SEO/Integrated Marketing team, when needed, and work in conjunction with the leadership team on wider business strategic efforts.</p><p><strong>Detailed Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Client Relationship Management:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, regardless of complexity of client needs, or size of client retainer.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.</li><li>Understand client goals and objectives, and translate them into strategic initiatives.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Client Retention and Growth:<ul><li>Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients.</li><li>Develop account expansion strategies to increase client revenue and portfolio growth.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Campaign Strategy and Execution:<ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized digital marketing strategies for clients.</li><li>Plan, implement, and optimize Search and Generative AI Engine Optimisation strategies.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Optimize account performance based on industry standards and best practices and exceed client objectives.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Budget Management:<ul><li>Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring that efforts stay within budget while maximizing ROI.</li><li>Provide regular budget updates to clients and recommend adjustments as needed.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Reporting and Analysis:<ul><li>Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and KPIs.</li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Present findings to clients and provide strategic recommendations based on data.</li><li>Develop 2+ case studies per year highlighting exceptional performance of an SEO campaign or account</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Client Education:<ul><li>Educate clients on industry trends, best practices, and digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Share insights on how SEO/GEO campaigns align with their business goals.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Quality Assurance:<ul><li>Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and adherence to best practices.</li><li>Continuously assess and improve client satisfaction.</li><li>Engage in inter-departmental QA practices, offering ongoing guidance on partnerships owned by other Takticians.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Mentorship:<ul><li>Engage in cross training, as leadership, with more junior department members and members of other departments</li><li>Educate others on quality driven service provision</li></ul></li></ul>]]></media:description></item></channel></rss>
